Crescent Chicken Bundles
2-3 cups cubed cooked chicken
6 strips crispy cooked bacon, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup finely minced onion
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cram cheese, onion, milk, parsley, salt and pepper and cheeses until smooth.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate at perforations. Spoon about ¼ cup filling onto each triangle, roll up and place on cookie sheet.
Bake bundles for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
(for gravy, use condensed cream of chicken soup thinned with a little milk—heat on stove until hot)
