Grandma’s Potatoes
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
¼ cup milk
1 bag frozen crinkle cut French fries
In a large bowl mix together onion, cheese, cream soups and milk until combined. Thin with additional milk if needed. Mix in frozen fries. Spread mixture into baking dish and allow to thaw in the refrigerator. When fries are thawed, it is ready to bake. Pull dish out of the fridge 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
