Kent and Kristin’s BBQ Ribs
5 pounds country style pork ribs, trimmed of fat
¾ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons ginger
1 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
½ small onion, chopped
Prior to marinating, boil ribs for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients in Tupperware and add ribs. Marinate 2 hours or more. Heat ribs through on grill. Heat marinade on stovetop and serve with ribs.
Makes 8 servings
Ready in appx 4 hours
