Korean Spinach
1 bunch spinach, cleaned well, wilted and squeezed dry
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
3 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and allow to sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 servings
Ready in appx 20 minutes
