Cheese Stuffed Peppadews
24 small fresh mozzarella balls
24 peppadew peppers
(both found in the grocery store near the olive jars)
1 cup balsamic vinegar
24 peppadew peppers

1 cup balsamic vinegar
Place cheese into peppers. Place on platter and chill until
ready to serve.
In a small saucepan, boil balsamic vinegar until reduced by
half. Cool.
Drizzle vinegar over cheese stuffed peppers before serving.
