Creamed Onions
4-5 small to medium onions
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup cheddar cheese

Peel onions and cook covered with salted water in the microwave
for about 10 minutes until tender.
Drain. While cooking onions, make
white sauce. Melt butter, stir in flour,
ad milk with a can of water and stir.
Add shredded cheese to mixture and stir until thick. Pour over drained onions. Put in microwave for about 3-5 minutes.
