Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut flour*
2 pinches salt
sweetener to taste
dash of vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder (can sub collagen)
1/2 teaspoon glucomannan
6-12 ice cubes

Add ingredients through protein powder to blender and blend well.  With blender running, sprinkle in glucomannan.  Add ice and blend well.

For mocha smoothie, replace peanut flour with 1 tsp espresso powder.
