Korean Mung Bean Sprouts
1 package mung bean sprouts
2-3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt to taste
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Place in a pot with a little water (1/2 cup) and bring to a boil. Boil 3-5 minutes until soft on the outside but still have a little crunch. Drain and rinse in cold water until cool. Strain and squeeze out any extra water. Mix in green onion, garlic, salt, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Transfer to serving dish and serve.
