Roasted Yummy Chicken Legs

2 large shallots, minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup (approx.) chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
12 drumsticks or 8 chicken thighs

Mix together the shallots, onions, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, broth, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Place chicken in a gallon size Ziploc bag.  Pour in marinade and seal.  Mix well.  Allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for 4-8 hours.

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Arrange the chicken in an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through the cooking time.

Serve chicken with sauce.
