Dessert Pizza
Crust:
Same as regular pizza crust but increase sugar to 2 tbsp.

Topping:
1 package Oreo cookies
4 tbsp cream cheese
8 tbsp butter, room temperature, divided
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
½ - 1 cup whipping cream
Caramel sauce

Mix up pizza dough and while it’s rising (rise 1 hour)
prepare topping.
Crush up oreos.
Crush up oreos.
In a mixer, cream together cream cheese and 4 tbsp butter. Mix in sugar and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla and salt and mix well. Add enough whipping cream to make the
consistency so you can drizzle.
Roll out dough. Spread remaining 4 tbsp butter over crust. Sprinkle crushed cookies over buttered dough. Bake on pizza stone in 500 degree oven until dough is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

Drizzle cream cheese frosting over pizza and then drizzle
caramel sauce.
Serve!
Parent Note: This was really REALLY sweet. Imagine dipping an oreo in cream cheese
frosting and then caramel sauce and then eating it. Not really a winner with the adults but the
kids absolutely LOVED it!
