Peanut Butter Smoothie
Sugar Free

1 cup ice
⅓ cup cottage cheese
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ scoop (2 T) whey protein powder
2 T natural peanut butter
2 T heavy whipping cream
¼ tsp glucomannan
2 tsp sweetener or to taste
¼ tsp salt


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
