German Pancakes
4 tbsp butter
6 eggs
1 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in pan in the oven.
Place eggs, flour, milk, salt and vanilla into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into hot pan, over melted butter.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and puffy.
Serve with syrup and powdered sugar.
