Triple Berry Smoothie

2/3 c frozen berry mix
1/3 c 2% cottage cheese
1 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp whey protein powder
2 tsp baobab boost powder
2 doonks stevia (to taste)
1/2 tsp glucomannan
8 ice cubes

Add first ingredients through stevia to blender and blend well.  With the blender running, sprinkle in the glucomannan.  Add ice and blend well.
