Chad’s Crepes

1 c flour
2 eggs
½ c milk
½ c water
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted

In a large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Slowly add milk and water, whisking to combine.  Add salt and butter and beat until smooth.

Pour approximately ¼ cup batter into heated and oiled skillet and turn pan to cover the surface evenly. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
