Wonder Wraps

1/4 cup psyllium flakes
2 cups egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
Few shakes hot sauce

Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl and allow it to sit for a few minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium low heat and coat lightly with coconut oil spray. 

Put 2 rounded tablespoons of batter on the heated griddle and immediately spread it as thin as possible, using circular motions with your spoon until it spread evenly and thinly. Cook, turning over after the first side is golden, and continuing to cook the other side until very lightly golden. 

Continue to make more wraps until the batter is used up.  Add additional coconut oil spray to pan as needed.

Makes 12-18


These are a FP and a great alternative to low-carb tortillas.
