Blender Waffles

1 ½ (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 eggs
¾ cup egg whites
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp coconut oil
¼ c plus 2 tbsp whey protein powder
¼ c plus 2 tbsp baking blend
2 tbsp gentle sweet
2 donks stevia
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup almond milk
1 ½ tsp glucomannan
½ tsp salt

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend about 30 seconds.  Let sit for 30 seconds and then blend again until smooth.  Allow batter to sit 10 minutes.

While batter sits, heat up waffle iron.  Spray with non-stick spray.  Pour batter until you fill ¾ of the mold.  Close lid and cook until golden brown.

Makes 10 waffles in my heart shaped waffle iron.
