Korean Crab Cakes

2 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons water
½ pound crab meat, shredded
6 green onions, chopped
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
oil for frying


In a mixing bowl, make a batter by combining the eggs, flour, salt and water. Next, add the crab, green onions and sesame oil, mix well. Heat the oil in a skillet, drop crab mixture in teaspoonfuls and fry both sides until nicely browned.


Makes 4-6 servings.
