Meatballs
4 eggs
2 cups dry bread crumbs
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
4 pounds lean ground beef
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add next five ingredients and mix well. Add beef and mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls, about 12 dozen.
Place racks in cookie sheets. Place meatballs in single layer on racks.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often. Cool.
Place in batches in freezer containers and freeze.
Makes 6 batches of 24 meatballs
