Muddy Buddies
9 cups chex cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
In microwave-safe bowl melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter. Mix well, add vanilla and mix well.
Coat chex with chocolate mixture, mix well. Place in large storage bag and add powdered sugar. Shake well to coat.
Store covered at room temperature.
Makes 9 cups
