3/4 cup (1
1/2 sticks) butter
2 pounds mini
marshmallows (about 16 cups)
12 cups
rice krispie cereal
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
1 medium
bag plain chocolate M&Ms
Melt butter
in a pan over medium heat and add marshmallows. Heat, stirring constantly,
until marshmallows are melted and mixture is well blended. Mix in vanilla
extract.
Pour
marshmallow mixture over cereal in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add M&Ms
and mix well. Using wax paper or slightly wet hands, press mixture into sheet
pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cool.
Cut into squares
to serve.
