BBQ Chicken Dry Rub
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl and rub into
chicken legs and/or thighs. Let rub sit
on the chicken for at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat a grill to medium heat.
Grill until the internal temperature of the chicken is 180
degrees F when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
