1 cup each carrots, celery and onion - finely chopped
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 packages crescent rolls
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 package ranch dressing
Saute finely chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream. Place mixture in middle of crescent roll, roll up, dip in egg and bread crumbs mixed with ranch dressing. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Serve with sauce: 1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream. Heat through.
