Chicken and Corn Chowder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can whole or cream corn
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon green pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes. For thick chowder, add flour to butter before adding soups. For heartier soup, you may add diced chicken and vegetables to taste. Also you may add diced bacon, if desired.
