Egg Roll in a Bowl

1 pound ground pork (or chicken)
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger (or sub fresh)
1 16 ounce package coleslaw mix
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 green onions, chopped
sriracha to taste

In a large skillet cook ground pork until no longer pink.  Add onion, garlic and ginger and cook until onion is soft.  Add coleslaw mix, sesame oil, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.  Cook until cabbage is tender but still crunchy.  Remove from heat and mix in green onions.  Serve with sriracha sauce.
