Granola Bar Bites

1 ½ cup oats
½ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup coconut flakes
⅓ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup raisins
 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Stir well for a few minutes until everything is combined well.  Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.  Store in fridge up to one week.
