Pineapple
Ice Cream
1 can (1 qt
14 oz) pineapple juice
3 cups sugar
4 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 cups sugar
4 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix together
the sugar and pineapple juice until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add cream and vanilla and mix well.
Refrigerate the mix for at least two hours. Freeze in an ice cream maker.
