Chicken and Cracker Casserole

2 pounds chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter
2 stacks of ritz crackers (or other cracker), crumbled

Cook chicken, cool and chop.  Mix chicken with sour cream and soup.  Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs.  Layer chicken and crumbs in a casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
