Spring Rolls

Lettuce (romaine hearts)
Clear noodles (cooked and cooled)
Cilantro (large stems removed)
Apples
Korean pear
Cucumber
Carrots
Bell Pepper
Avocado
Pineapple
Onion
Bean sprouts
Shrimp
Krab
Chicken
Rice paper wraps
Hot sauce


Place lettuce, noodles and cilantro on serving dishes.  Chop remaining fruits and vegetables (as many or as few as you like) into long strips and place on serving dishes.  Warm rice paper wraps in warm water on stove and place on plates.  Top with choice of ingredients and roll up.  Add as much hot sauce as you like with each bite.  Enjoy!
