Turkey Ham Yam Broccoli Casserole
1 bunch broccoli
1 can yams
sliced ham
leftover turkey
Sauce:
juice from yams
1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheddar cheese
Using all juice from the yams and enough evaporated milk to make 2 cups. Mix in remaining ingredients for sauce.
In a casserole dish layer 1/2 of broccoli, yams, ham turkey and 1/2 the cheese sauce. Repeat again with remaining ingredients.
Bake 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
