Wheat Bread

2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar

7 cups wheat flour
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup honey (or 1 cup honey)
2 tablespoons salt
12 cups white flour

Stir yeast in warm water with sugar and let proof 10 minutes.

In mixer with dough hook attachment mix together wheat flour, oil, honey and salt.  Mix for 5 minutes then add yeast mixture and white flour.  Knead mixture for 10 minutes in mixer. Pour into greased tub and let rose in warm place until double.  Makes 4 large loaves or 8-12 small.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
