Chicken Wings

1/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup cornstarch
30 (or so) chicken wings, pieces separated
oil for deep frying

Heat up hot sauce, brown sugar and water in a saucepot until all the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp before adding to wings.

In a bowl add cornstarch. Place chicken wings, one at a time, into bowl and press into cornstarch on both sides.  Shake off any excess and place on a plate.  Dredge in batches, enough to fry at one time.

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees. Fry coated wings in hot oil for 12 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add enough sauce to coate and stir together.  Serve with extra sauce on the side.
