Honey Bun Cake

1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix on low for one minute. Scrape down sides. Mix on medium speed for two minutes. Batter should be thick and well-mixed. Spread into greased 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle batter with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 38-40 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed. Place on wire rack to cool while making glaze.

Combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix until no lumps remain. Drizzle over hot cake and us back of spoon to spread evenly.

Serve warm or room temperature. Also good cold with ice cream.
