Korean Spicy Chicken and Potatoes


Chicken pieces, thighs and legs
Potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
Kochichang
Honey
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Chicken bouillon granules
Fresh ginger, minced
Garlic, minced
Green onion, chopped
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate. Cook, covered, in large skillet until chicken is done and potatoes and carrots are tender.

Makes 4 servings
Ready in appx 1 hour 30 minutes
