Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 cup ketchup or chili sauce
8 tablespoons brown sugar
8 teaspoons cider or white vinegar
36 Meatballs
In a large saucepan, heat ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Add meatballs and simmer 15-20 minutes. (Can thin with water if needed) Serve over rice.
Makes 6 servings
Ready in appx 30 minutes
